Spokane Shock Sign First-Team All-NAL OL/DL Bill Vavau


SPOKANE, WASHINGTON – The Spokane Shock today announced the signing of lineman Bill Vavau.  Playing his initial campaign with head coach Billy Back, the two-way lineman earned first team All-NAL as a nose guard in 2019 racking up 6.5 Tackles for Loss, 1.5 Sacks and blocked three kicks.

Vavau played for the Massachusetts Pirates in 2018 and with the Spokane Empire in 2017.  He made his professional debut with the Colorado Crush from 2015-2016.  The West Jordan, Utah native played collegiately at Utah State.
