Genaro Fernandez started his career with indoor football 10 years ago. In 2010, he worked as the Assistant Equipment Manager for the Arizona Rattlers. In 2013, he was promoted to Head Equipment Manager for the Spokane Shock. In 2015, Genaro worked with the San Jose SaberCats. After his time with the SaberCats, he moved back to Spokane and left indoor football to start a career in the healthcare industry.
“As soon as I moved to Spokane, I made it my home. I’ve had the fortune of working with three amazing head coaches (Kevin Guy, Andy Olson and Daren Arbet) while I’ve been in football. Each experience contributed to my success. I’m grateful for Coach Billy Back allowing me the opportunity to be a part of the relaunch of my home team.”
