    Sam Adams is a former All-Pro Defensive tackle who played in the National Football League (NFL) for fourteen seasons.

    In 1994 Sam was selected as the 8th pick in the draft by the Seattle Seahawks. Sam also played for the Baltimore Ravens, Oakland Raiders, Buffalo Bills, Cincinnati Bengals and Denver Broncos.

    During his career Adams played in Super Bowl XXXV and XXXVII, winning in 2000. He was a five-time AFC Pro Bowl selection starting in three games. He played college football at Texas A&M University where he earned All- American honors. Adams remains a popular figure in Seattle where he raised the “12th Man” flag during a 2012 Sunday Night Football game.

    In addition to having owned multiple health clubs with over 30,000 members and 700 employees, Adams remains involved in the community. As a coach and mentor to Juanita High School Girls Select Basketball program, he helped 20 young women receive scholarships. In addition, he was named Under Armor All-American Coach, FBU All-American Coach, Rainier Ravens football team coach, Man of the Year for Seattle Seahawks 1998. Adams also built the computer lab for Seattle’s CAYA youth football organization and is a sponsor/spokesman for Special Olympics in Washington and Alaska.

    Adams has also owned arena football teams in Everett, WA, Cincinnati, OH and now Spokane. He has shared ownership with other athletes including Ken Griffey Jr.

    Kurz has an accomplished 30 year history in professional sports as one of the pioneering forces behind the inception and growth of the Arena Football League (AFL). Kurz brought the AFL to its greatest height negotiating national television contracts, acquiring team ownership, fan merchandising, as well as taking the sport to international audiences.

    Prior to serving five years as the AFL Commissioner, Kurz served as President of the AF2, the AFL's developmental league. Under his guidance, the League saw extensive growth in small to mid-sized markets, building the league to 25 teams, with an extremely dedicated fan base across the country. That foundation helped to fuel the return of the Arena Football League in 2010 after a year on hiatus. Kurz and a group of enthusiastic investors arranged the acquisition of the AFL's asset in bankruptcy court in late 2009 and revived the League in early 2010, fulfilling the promise that Arena Football would return.

    Arena Football isn't Kurz's only claim to fame. He is also a founding member of Gridiron Enterprises, Inc., a sports consulting firm based out of Chicago. Kurz has been a player, coach, general manager and owner during his lifelong involvement with he game of football. he is also a member four football hall of fames, including membership in the first class of the Arena Football Hall of Fame.

    Kurz earned a Juris Doctor Degree at Northern Illinois and with his wife, also a licensed Illinois attorney, have operated a law firm, named Hall & Kurz since 1980. Jerry and his wife, Kathryn have one son named Mathew who was a scholarship football player at Indiana University.

    Ms. Nguyen is a strategy-oriented and experienced business and financial leader. She is a Founding Partner at Agility Financial Partners, providing companies in high growth phases with financial and infrastructure support services, tapping into her experience to help clients reach the next stages of success. As part of Agility, she is serving as CFO to companies in the Fintech, eSports, Professional Sports and SaaS sectors.

    In her prior role at Science Media, she was an integral player in the operational and financial management of a series of 30+ startups in the eCommerce and growth technologies industries that comprise Science's owned and operated company portfolio as well as M&A support and integration of new investments. Her ability to partner with leadership teams to formulate and implement business strategies, financial processes and controls has been instrumental in several large-scale organizational restructuring, merger and acquisition, and process re-engineering efforts, including the sale of Myspace to Specific Media in June 2011 and the acquisition of PlayHaven's assets by Science in September 2014.
