Jarrail comes to Spokane to serve as the receivers coach.  The former Oklahoma University standout is currently serving as offensive coordinator while coaching quarterbacks and wide receivers at Tyler Junior College.

Jackson, a Houston native, played wide receiver and returned kicks for the Sooners from 1996-1999.  Upon graduation, he spent two years with the Buffalo Bills before making stops at three different Arena Football League teams.  After retiring as player, Jackson entered the coaching ranks and has spent time on staffs at The University of Central Oklahoma, Dartmouth College, Washington State University, Davidson College, and Mississippi State University.  This past spring he served as the Wide Receivers Coach for the Dallas Renegades of the XFL, coached by former Oklahoma head coach Bob Stoops, who became the head coach at the University of Oklahoma during Jackson's final collegiate season. In addition, he has been involved as a training camp coach for the Arizona Cardinals and as an intern for the New York Jets.
